A journal, before the first post

This is the Faring journal. It will carry three kinds of writing:

• Build notes. What we changed and why, in the voice of the people who changed it.
• Design posts. The stories behind the parts of Faring that took thought: the people model, where every person has their own dates; the writing animation and the F with the shortened crossbar; the rule that an assistant previews before it writes.
• Release notes. What arrived in each beta build, plainly.

Until the first real post lands, this page stands in. The RSS feed is at /journal/rss.xml.
